Order Processing Times
Widefoot staff work hard to process your order as fast as possible. Nearly all orders will ship within 2 business days of being placed (in most cases it is the following business day, in some cases it is the same business day). Business days are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm MT, excluding any US Federal Holidays.
Shipping Times
Shipping times provided on our site are estimates provided by our shipping carrier partners. Widefoot makes no guarantees about the delivery times of our shipping carriers. If a carrier calls their service “2nd Day Air” and it takes 3 business days between our hands and yours it is not the responsibility of Widefoot. Please ensure you allow ample time for shipping before ordering and provide a shipping address that is a secure location.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Shipping an item has inherent risks. Please note that Widefoot is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once an item is in the possession of a shipping carrier it is no longer the responsibility of Widefoot. Please ensure you allow ample time for shipping before ordering and provide a shipping address that is a secure location.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup to customers in Fort Collins, Colorado who want to purchase items online and retrieve their order at our headquarters. Please email us at info@widefoot.com for details on how to do this.
Tracking Number
Every order includes a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. Customers will receive this tracking number via email when their order is packed and the label is created. Orders are submitted to the shipping carrier either the same business day the shipping label is created, or the next business day, depending on the carrier pickup time. Widefoot has no control of when orders are scanned into the shipping carriers system and tracking updates are posting (this can sometimes take days, especially with USPS).
Please check your spam folder before emailing us requesting a tracking number.
International Orders
International orders (all locations outside of the United States) are typically shipped via DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
International Duties and Taxes
International shipments will often require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered by our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office about these fees before you place an order.
Domestic Orders
Domestic orders (US only) are shipped using USPS or UPS. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Returns
If you purchased an item from Widefoot.com and you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will allow you to return your unused item in the condition you received it within 30 days, and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Widefoot products that are purchased from a dealer should be returned to the original place of purchase.
If you need to make a return, please follow the steps below:
1) Email us at info@widefoot.com with “Return Request” in the subject line, and include your reason for return in the message.
2) Package the item and all original materials including the packing slip in the same or similar packaging. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include a note with your name, email address, and order number if possible.
3) Ship:
Option A: Ask for a return label to be emailed to you. We will email you a printable return label and subtract the return shipping cost from your refund (unless the refund is due to a product defect or a mistake on our part).
Option B: Ship your return back to us using your own shipping method.

Lifetime Warranty
We take pride in the fact that all Widefoot manufactured hardware is made in the United States, and we stand behind our quality and workmanship.
Our Widefoot Lifetime Warranty applies to all goods manufactured by Widefoot LLC, (LiterCage, StoutCage, CargoMount, and CargoMount Classic). This warranty does not include soft goods (e.g. clothing and hats) and hardware items manufactured by third party brands and sold by Widefoot (e.g. Bottles and Tire Repair Tools). Warranties from these 3rd party manufacturers for these products may apply.
Our warranty applies against defects of our hardware to original owners. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us and we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use or care, accident, or normal wear and tear including wear to surface finish.
