International orders (applies to all locations outside of the United States) are typically shipped via DHL, and can take 5-10 business days to ship from our facility.

Domestic Shipping
We ship all domestic orders using USPS, with most orders going out within 1-2 business days.

Return Policy
If you purchased a product directly from Widefoot.com and you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will allow you to return it to us, unused and in the condition you received it, within 30 days and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Widefoot products that are purchased from a retailer should be returned to the original place of purchase.

1) Email us at info@widefoot.com with your reason for return

2) Package your product and all original materials including the packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number if possible

Widefoot Warranty
We take pride in the fact that Widefoot products are made in the United States. As such, we stand behind our quality and workmanship, and warrant against defects of our hardware, to original owners. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear, including wear to surface finish. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us and we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
