International orders (all locations outside of the United States) are typically shipped via DHL, and can take 5-10 business days to ship from our facility.
International Duties and Taxes
International shipments will often require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered by our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office about these fees before you place an order.
Domestic orders (US only) are shipped using USPS. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

If you purchased an item from Widefoot.com and you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will allow you to return your unused item in the condition you received it within 30 days, and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Widefoot products that are purchased from a dealer should be returned to the original place of purchase.
If you need to make a return, please follow the steps below:
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “Return Request” in the subject line, and include your reason for return in the message.
2) Package the item and all original materials including the packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include a note with your name, email address, and order number if possible.

We take pride in the fact that all Widefoot hardware is made in the United States, and we stand behind our quality and workmanship. We warrant against defects of our hardware to original owners. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us and we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use or care, accident, or normal wear and tear including wear to surface finish.
